At Venum Asia, we stand by the quality of our fight gear and performance apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Venum Asia account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective equipment remains sealed for hygiene reasons.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location to be sent to our regional inspection hub.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
